I had my doubts about the quality especially the stones and digital enhancing of images but to my surprise, it looked even better in reality, The chain definitely looks real because it isnt super shiny and overtly yellow but has a slight darkish tint making it look real . The cross was way beyond my expectations. looks expensive and the finish is smooth.
I ordered a cross pendant from Luna Chick and was extremely disappointed with my purchase. When I received the pendant, one of the diamonds was missing right out of the box. I immediately reached out to their customer support, but instead of helping, they told me to “check the box” as if I had missed it. The missing piece was never there to begin with.
After that, I followed up asking for a refund or a replacement, but they completely stopped responding. There was no resolution or accountability from their side. This was a very frustrating experience and shows how little they care about their customers once they’ve made a sale.
I don’t recommend buying from this brand at all. Poor quality product and even worse customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
I totally loved it. I was wanting to have a cross for a long time and wasn't finding an attractive stoned piece. This is colourful and also is anti tarnish and anti allergic, which is what people need today, variety and quality with affordable rates. I am proudly flaunting it!
You should do more of crosses with different colour combinations!
