Return, Refund and exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with LunaChic.in. We strive to provide you with high-quality fashion jewellery and exceptional customer service.

Please note that all sales are final. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item (with a required unboxing video) or an item that doesn't match your order, we are happy to offer an exchange under these two conditions only. We kindly encourage you to choose your order carefully, as we do not provide exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or size issues (all sizes and product details are clearly listed on the product page).

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at shop.lunachic@gmail.com within 12 hours, with a photo of the received item and the reason for the return.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item(s). We’ll send out your replacement at no extra cost once we’ve received the return package.

We will try our best to provide you with a fast resolution.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

Kindly look into the terms & conditions for exchange/return –

  • An unboxing video from the time of opening the POD packaging with our logo and bill. The video should be recorded from start to the end without any cuts or edits in between must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Only after looking into this, return pickup will be initiated from our end.
  • Do send the package in the same packaging.
  • An exchange will be processed only after we receive the package, allow 8-10 business days.
  • PLEASE NOTE : IF YOU FAIL TO RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO, THERE WILL BE NO ACTIONS/RESPONSE FROM OUR END.
